This agreement is between you and Wanevo, Inc. ("Wanevo", "we"), a Delaware corporation with its address at 835 Pulaski Hwy, Bear, DE 19701, USA.
1. Who we are
Wanevo provides the marketing site and platform described here. The contracting entity and controller that apply to a commercial customer are identified in the relevant order form or agreement. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Marketing site analytics. Aggregate page views, sessions, basic device metadata, and consent choices. Optional measurement signals remain disabled until the relevant consent is granted.
- Inbound contact forms. Name, work email, company, inquiry type, and any project, store, partnership, or support details you choose to provide. This information is used to route the inquiry, assess fit, and respond.
- Account information. Email, billing details, and role, held to provide service and comply with tax and accounting law.
- Application telemetry. Error reports, performance metrics, and opt-in product usage as configured under the applicable service terms.
3. What we do not collect
We never receive your shoppers’ payment information. Storefront traffic flows between your application and Shopify directly. PCI scope stays with Shopify.
4. Sub-processors
Service providers used for hosting, communications, measurement, support, or other contracted operations are identified through the applicable commercial documentation where required. Any notice commitment follows the relevant agreement and law.
5. Your rights
GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations may apply. You may request access, deletion, correction, or portability of your personal information by emailing [email protected].
6. Changes
Material changes will be communicated to affected commercial account owners before they take effect when required by law or agreement.
