Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Wanevo to operate an online store, shopping app, or related platform service. You accept them through an order form or another commercial agreement.

This agreement is between you and Wanevo, Inc. ("Wanevo", "we"), a Delaware corporation with its address at 835 Pulaski Hwy, Bear, DE 19701, USA.

1. Service

Commercial tiers include the services, managed infrastructure, support, and service levels stated in the applicable order form.

2. Acceptable use

No use that violates Shopify’s acceptable-use policy or applicable law.
No abuse, resale, or unauthorized consumption of shared infrastructure.
No attempt to access another tenant’s data or systems.

3. Data ownership

You retain ownership of your code, theme configuration, and customer data. Wanevo holds only the information required to provide the contracted service and meet legal duties.

4. Service levels

Availability commitments, credits, support response times, and exclusions are governed by the applicable order form or service-level agreement.

5. Termination

Termination rights, notice periods, cure periods, and any refund eligibility are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.

6. Liability

Limitations of liability and exclusions of damages are governed by the applicable order form or commercial agreement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
